My exact comment was :
"So he should take up his issue with them, not proffer conspiracy
theories about the secret cabal of Ubuntu Moderati."

The cabal was Karl's idea, I was merely restating his premise as being
false in the context of more likely technical difficulties with his
ISP's mail server and general tinfoil hattery.
