Sent you both the grub2 page in pdf format (sorry about the size, it
will take you awhile to download via dialup), and the karmic
startupmanager .deb (both are marked accordingly in the subject lines.
Reinstall the startupmanager by opening nautilus (Home|Places & navigate
to where you saved the .deb), double-click the
startupmanager_1.9.12-1ubuntu1_all.deb file and it nautilus will
automatically bring up the install manager, install.
