What Gnome executable changes GTK theme?

Thanks. Interestingly, I had to install gtk2-engines to get Clearlooks in GTK.

Yes, but it did not list Clearlooks. Now I know why. In any case,
micromanaging the GTK theme in other areas, such as setting the
background colour something other than eye-bleeding white, had to be
done in gnome-appearance-properties.
