Option to use /dev values instead of UUID values

1. In response to your bug, Colin Watson suggested that you use pass a
kernel option to the installer

2. You might have better luck after Squeeze becomes Debian Stable
because it is now defaulting to UUIDs and there may be a large number
of Debian users requesting "your" feature to be less well-hidden; and
that change will eventually be available in the Ubuntu alternative CD
install.
