ISA server

Dear Sir
I have both Ubuntu 9.04 and windows install on my pc and it is connected to
the server, I manage to connect to the internet on ubuntu 9.04 by setting
the IP address and proxy however when I go to the terminal and root sudo
apt-get update, I am getting the following problem

403 forbidden
Err http://archive.ubuntu.com karmic/main Packages
403 Forbidden ( The ISA Server denied the specified Uniform Resource Locator
(URL). ) [IP: 91.189.88.40 80]

Can anyone help
