Wordpress Content Disappears

Hi

After upgrading my Ubuntu server from 9.10 to 10.04 I find that the 
content has vanished from my blog...

The content is still there.  If I go into the Wordpress dashboard and 
click on update the content does not update.  I've done a Google 
search for an explanation of what this is about.  Looked in the 
apt.log and other logs.  Nothing in there to explain what has 
happened.  Does anyone know what this is about ?  Would be helpful if 
I could fix it.  Nothing on the Wordpress site about this.
