Hello,

when I am connected to network using WLan the kernel crashes every time
I start pidgin. There is no problem, if I am connected through wired
LAN.

I am using Ubuntu 10.4 i386 on an Dell D830 with an intel 3945ABG WLan
chipset:

0c:00.0 Network controller: Intel Corporation PRO/Wireless 3945ABG
[Golan] Network Connection (rev 02)

In pidgin I use XMPP, ICQ and Bonjour. /var/log/messages
and /var/log/dmesg and /var/log/kernel do not give a hint what is going
wrong.

Does anybody have the same problem? Where should I file a bug report?

bests

Sascha Effert
