Fix for Thunderbird crashes

Since mine was on 10.4 OS and 64 bit and
the bug report had found a cause
Just Delete any AOL IMAP accounts
and give it a spin... no crashes!
In fact the there has been no more bug reports added

AOL IMAP is the problem!!!

I will give AOL IMAP a spin later to see if just deleting the accounts
and reloading them fixes!!!
