Yeah, I get that.  Sorry for the confusion.  When I said you, I really
meant a general you for everyone on the thread...

I don't think you were the first to suggest a way to disable it,
though technically, your suggestion is probably the best way to
utterly disable, while changing the ping time would just keep it from
happening as often...
