There have been many threads asking Karl to amend his ways and
requesting that Karl be banned. He was eventually moderated for a
while (I assume that he no longer is). I very much doubt that the
Fedora ML would have tolerated the behavior that Karl has exhibited
here because there are too many "Fedora people" on that list. I have
never seen a post here by an @ubuntu or @canonical address so there's
no first-hand knowledge of what goes on here...
