Ah... Google is your friend.
When updating to 10.04, libtorrent-rasterbar doesn't get properly updated.
Remove libtorrent-rasterbar5 and qbittorrent...
Then RE-INSTALL qbittorrent (which will pull its up-to-date version of
libtorrent-rasterbar5) and now it works.
w00t!
