Unmount the ISO image. You probably have it mounted on the VM as a
virtual CD. As you start the VM:

   Devices -> CD/DVD Devices -> Unmount CD/DVD device
 
Or with the VM stopped, use the GUI: Select the VM, click the "Settings"
icon, then "Storage" and unmount the CD device.

If you are installing from a real CD, then just remove the CD from the
physical drive :-)
