I doubt that. I think that Amedee hit the nail on the head when "Doug"
hijacked the "Adding kernel parameters to _other_ OS in grub" thread:

slowertraffickeepright at mail.com aka absdoug at yahoo.com complained on that
thread under "STILL torrents are killing my connection" rather than
continuing with his original thread "Torrents killing my internet
connection" & listmembers tried to assist.
None of his posts include information regarding the particular router to
determine if the router is crap. From his 695 line dmesg post it is
obvious that he is using a wifi +Realink device, but I tuned out of the
thread when it looked as if he had sufficient help.
