getting heavily into multimedia on ubuntu, how to start?

Clean instally of 10.04 (32 bit) yesterday on a new computer.  The
somewhat-lengthy command line on that page yields a 404 error:

sudo wget --output-document=/etc/apt/sources.list.d/medibuntu.list
http://www.medibuntu.org/sources.list.d/$(lsb_release -cs).list && sudo
apt-get --quiet update && sudo apt-get --yes --quiet

Is there a server down (temporarily) or has something changed?
