Have to correct the reference to my father: while he had his stroke on
his critical day, he died on his Intellectual critical day about a week
later.

The long, short or any answer is: NO.

I did a quick and nasty install of XP last night on a spare HD and dug
out from my archives a freebie Windows bio program (WINBIO, 1995) I used
years ago (which is why I am making a slight correction re my father,
above).

Re Linux - not a sausage, zilch. Except of course for what Paul
suggested but which I couldn't make to work.
