PRO/Wireless 5100 AGN shiloh blinking non-stop

I am running maverick 64bit on hp6730b and my wifi link in blinking
non-stop. It is intel pro/wireless 5100 agn [shiloh].

The wifi connection works fine but I like led to show solid blue
instead of blinking between blue and yellow non-stop.

It was fine until a recent upgrade in kernel I think.
