Think about it.

If you were asked the above question in exactly the same wording as you 
just used above: how would you go about answering it?

What information would you want to know before you could even consider 
answering it?

For example, would you want to know if the person asking the question is 
using Windows or Apple or even some flavour of a Linux distro?

Get the picture :-) .

Provide more info, more detail, old boy to give people some info to 
"work with" and to respond to :-) .
