Consequence of upgrade to 10.10

Having just upgraded to 10.10 I find that text foreground colour in the
windows of Boinc Manager has changed from black to a rather faint colour
something like #E0D0D3. Other apps seem to be OK and Boinc Manager doesn't
seem to have a way of setting text colour.  I'd be surprised if it's a
Boinc Manager issue; noone else on the BM forum appears to have noticed
this.

Is there a gtk file somewhere that has been altered during the upgrade?
(presumably not my personal gtkrc file, since other apps would have been
affected).

Any other Boinc users seen this?
