Firefox 3.6.8 clicks not working properly for Youtube videos on Ubuntu 10.04 64 bit

Hrmmm, scratch that. Using the mouse to control the YouTube video
worked once. Now it doesn't. But the keys still work. And the
dom.ipc.plugins.enabled is still true.... Time to dig a little more.
Anybody got any pointers?
