Are "system[76]" Ubuntu Desktop Computers Good?

Hi,

My current main desktop computer is getting old.
(3.5+ year old Dell XPS - custom modified)

I DO NOT want to build a new computer from parts.
(done above before with mixed results)

I've been running Ubuntu for about 2+ years now.
I will continue to be running Ubuntu into the foreseeable future.

I found this company that builds Ubuntu computer systems:

Anyone deal with this company before?
Perhaps someone has a desktop from this company?

My only other option is to buy another Dell desktop
but I will obviously run the risk of hardware incompatibility
with current Ubuntu.
