Do you have a X server installed on your Windows workstation?
It looks to me you could use either Cygwin/X (http://x.cygwin.com/),
Xming (http://straightrunning.com/XmingNotes/) and even XCrySDen, but it
will need Cygwin anyway.(and the newest Cygwin has X included)
