caching flash files over 64meg

Hi all,
googled for where flash files are stored over 64 meg, with firefox,
cache stops at 64 meg when downloading, info said
they are then shifted to /temp, but they are not going there.
Searched for file name, can't find it even in 
.mozilla/firefox/8jfn4gd3.default/cache
where it shows until it stops at 64meg. Is there anyway of increasing 
the cache in firefox
to 300meg, or does anyone know where it is being cached after 64meg. 
Video still plays after 64meg,
just isn't being cached where I expect it.
