Scott has given you the command line information. However, you should be
able to configure from the Network Manager[1]:

1. Right-click on the Network Manager Icon in the top panel and click on
'Edit Connections'.

2. Click on the 'DSL' tab and then click on 'Add'. From there you should
be able to configure:

o DSL
	Username/Service/Password
o Wired
	MAC/Cloned MAC address/MTU
o PPP Settings
	Authentication/Compression etc
o IPv4 Settings
	Automatic (PPPoE)/Automatic (PPPoE) addresses only/Manual

I recommend that you also click the box for 'Available to all users' if
you intend to have multiple users on the system & wish to allow them
access as well.
