Ubuntu server - package isn't updating

I'm running Ubuntu Server 10.04.

Every time I log into it (with ssh) for the past couple of weeks I get:-

1 package can be updated.
1 update is a security update.

But whenever I run the updater, the message remains next time I log in.
Other stuff does get updated.

How do I find out what it's moaning about? Google has revealed nothing
to me.
