I'm talking about the bugs that are already fixed. Linus said that 3.0
would have "a lot of random fixes". Those fixes will not be released
until this single new bug is fixed.
Delaying a release until all known bugs are fixed makes sense with a new
project. On a running project like the kernel, delaying a release usually
means delaying bug fixes too.
