Go to Windows, defragment the Windows partition and shrink the 
partition. Then, on the Ubuntu install disk, in the live session, bring 
up gparted and shrink the PCLOS partitions, and then make partitions for 
Ubuntu and format them. Then install Ubuntu. (You could have 80GB for 
Win, and 75 GB each for the two Linuxes. That ought to be enough for 
most anything, unless you have a lot of photos in one OS, and then you 
should partition differently. BTW: You only need one swap 
partition--both Linuxes can use it. There is probably one already there 
for PCLOS.)
