Never heard of it, but on having a look, yeah, that looks official, too.
Given Canonical's crackdown on spin-off distros using the name, I am
amazed (& appalled ) at all these affiliated-but-not-Canonical-run
sites using the branding. As someone very very distantly associated
with Ubuntu Lite when /they/ got a legal warning, I'm rather miffed,
actually.

OK. Sorry. Broke my arm on Monday; not a happy bunny ATM.
In summary, I'd say: if it incorporates the Ubuntu name, bears the
logo and fonts etc. and pertains to Ubuntu, I'd expect it to either
[a] be owned and run by Ubuntu or [b] bear a big clear disclaimer that
it is not, by whom it *is* run, and that the name & indicia are being
used with permission.
