draw an image from text file in opengl

You've asked the same question 3 times on something which has nothing to do
with Ubuntu - you're unlikely to get any help here.

I suggest any of the OpenGL newsgroups might elicit more of a
response. comp.graphics.api.opengl should be a reasonable place to start.
