Struggling with new Epson allinone

Tony, thanks very much for your efforts. I have to admit that I dont
udnerstand the whole cooperative scenario of printer, CUPS, and drivers with
configuration files.

When I use the 'lpoption -l' command I get the following:

PageSize/Paper Size: 4X6FULL T4X6FULL 2L T2L 4X7 T4X7 *A4 TA4
Quality/Quality: PMPHOTO_NORMAL PLATINA_NORMAL GLOSSYPHOTO_NORMAL
GLOSSYCAST_NORMAL *PLAIN_NORMAL PLAIN_HIGH PMMATT_NORMAL
Ink/Ink: *COLOR MONO

Which seems to indicate that this driver doesnt know the Duplex option. Its
odd in that case that with printer settings that option is available,
moreover because the printer itself HAS that functionality. Maybe I should
have bought an HP printer.

The question is, taking into account the price of the printer (69 euros),
how much effort I should invest before taking my losses.

I did already post on the messageboard you mention, so I will wait for some
response from there.

Again, thanks for your effort.
