To Colin: It's less messy than editing grub.cfg from Windows but both
work (as long as you're not using ext4 or Win7 - I hope that these
problems are resolved soon; I think that "large files" is also a
problem).

I don't think that grub-reboot was meant for this but for testing a
kernel or a some kernel options but that's the law of unintended
consequences in action. :)


To the OP: Don't forget to run update-grub after setting "GRUB_DEFAULT=saved".
