BitDefender AntiVirus on Ubuntu.Different packages?

The deb package we dowload from bitdefender.com server bitdefender-scanner-guiis only 5,7MB,but the free BitDefender Linux for Debian/Ubuntu is approximately 40MB.
BitDefender-Antivirus-Scanner-7.6-4.linux-gcc4x.i586.deb.run --> 40MB
bitdefender-scanner-gui_1.0-3_i386.deb  --> 5,7MB
Is the later only a tool to download the 40MB package?
