Sorry for the delay, got busy and didn't have much time to play with
Natty. I did what you suggested and I see a panel at the bottom but not
the top. I imagine that's why you referred to turning off expand and
turning on auto hide. After thinking about it for awhile and since this
laptop has nothing critical on it I decided try to figure out Unity
rather than putting some gnome stuff back on.
I was curious why Glipper showed up on the topbar and Topshelf did not.
After reading the help again it must be that someone made Glipper
indicator menu aware but Topshelf is not.
Right now Topshelf is on my desktop and is working. I tried to keep it
on the Launcher but it will not run when I try to launch it.
