Evolution itself works like a charm with google groups. Nor does
Evolution insist on a keyring. He'll have to disable the keyring in
system prefs. The only time I had evolution ask for a passwd, other than
the initial time, was when google was crazy and I had to use a browser
and enter gmail via the net to confirm I was me. Someone was getting
their jollies sending Viagra and pR0n spam out spoofing my email
address. But, you need to set your passwd once for your pop or imap
access (also telling it to remember the password checking the little
box) and for smtp. After that it is on automatic pilot. But, if you
don't check that little box to remember your passwd, it will ask twice
to send and receive. Ric
P/S Saylor, you need crew?? I used to daysail an 18' Y-flyer (scow
class), so I know how to hang on with both hands! My retirement goal is
to chuck it all, and liveaboard. Gonna toss the weedeater into the
drink. :) Ric
