Snails in black bean sauce are great! Tasty! I double dog anyone to
order that served over plain white rice and a beer. The sauce on the
rice is what makes it. The beer just seems to work. My friend from
Taiwan dared me to try them telling me that within a week, I'd be
craving them. First time, they weren't so bad ...little garden sized
snails. They gave me a toothpick to extract them. About a week later I
had to have them! I acquired a taste for anything with black bean
sauce.

Jellied Duck feet are an acquired taste and texture. Again, not bad.
I'd kill for some decent Dim Sum around here.

I admit it. That is what I use my Ubuntu platform for, google searches
on interesting foods. :) Ric
