I bought an HP Mini with Win 7 on it. I replaced it with Ubuntu. The
power port broke while it was under warranty so I sent it in for
repair. When I got it back it had Win 7 reinstalled. :)

Before that I bought a Dell 725n (I think) that had 8.04 LTS
installed. That one also was sent back for a warranty repair. Dell
didn't need to reimage the HD like HP did.

Before that I bought an eeePC with some type of linux (Linspire
maybe?) I could never get it to work even though it came
preinstalled. I installed Ubuntu on it without any problems with
wireless or anything else.
