Logout from Unity session?

I'm running 11.04 with automatic login (I'm the only person in this 
house so ...) and there sure is a 'log out' entry on the system drop 
down, and in the KDE menu system (got fed up with unity, and the old 
school Gnome desktop is a little wacky)
