Ok here are the two outputs you had mentioned below...
Fstab:
aufs / aufs rw 0 0
tmpfs /tmp tmpfs nosuid,nodev 0 0
/dev/sda5 swap swap defaults 0 0
Here is the output of BLKID
/dev/sda1: UUID="6b3a049b-d0ef-4149-bb37-b38d4edd3beb" TYPE="ext4"
/dev/sda5: UUID="892480c0-adf2-4181-a0c4-881f16f51192" TYPE="swap"
I am hoping that with this you can figure out what the problem is that I
am having...
By the way I used another HD 80gb and installed 10.10 on it, upon
rebooting I am having the same problem...Read Error! Reboot and select
proper BOOT device or insert Boot media in slected device and press a KEY!
Now in my Bios setting prior to booting, I make sure that the first
device is the HD that I want too boot, and then I use the F10 key to
save the configuration...Yet it is telling me the same thing as I have
mentioned in the above...I also removed the cable going to my DVD, so it
would not interfere but the samething comes up...
Never have I had this kind of problem before...This is a new motherboard
Biostar the A780L3L, just maybe there is a problem with it or the BIOS...???
Thanks for the help Larry
