some Unity configuration issues

It's on the LHS of my LH monitor. I think it is as simple as the
Launcher appearing on the primary monitor, TBH.

AFAIK, you can't.

That's a good question! I don't know of a way... yet.

This is one of the few areas where I think GNOME 3 does significantly better.
