Not that I know of. Wubi uses GRUB4DOS combined with Grub2 to boot
Ubuntu. Given the combination & multiple issues[1], I'd be hesitant in
trying to modify Wubi's grub2.
Disclaimer: I've only installed Wubi twice (for brief testing - worked
well BTW) so I've very limited experience with Wubi.
