xubuntu and dual-head video?

There's no reason you couldn't have the games AND Xubuntu desktop at the same
time, though.

The display chooser is a tad lacking, by default. You should install arandr or
grandr, those will do the trick easily. Or just use xrandr from the terminal,
it's not that hard either.
