SSD root file system broken, recover?

I start it up in the morning and shut it down completely after I

It looks like I have corrupted files on the SSD, too. The SSD is now 
about 4 month old.

When you have /home and /var on the HDD, there should not be a lot of 
writing to the SDD. Therefor not a lot which will wear out the SSD.
