If that is your site then I recommend that you ditch the Silverlight
requirement. Many users will not install Silverlight or Moonlight,
even on Windows. XP does not come with WPF and it is a separate
install that many people avoid. Then you also have the Mac fanbois and
Linux trolls who won't go anywhere near anything Redmond-based or even
mono-based.

Actually, even though I'm not a religious FOSS fanatic I won't install
Silverlight. I won't even volunteer my reasons, because neither will
the rest of your audience that comes to the site and cannot use it.
don't concern yourself with "why won't my potential customers install
Moonlight" but rather "how do I manage since they won't install it".
