Booting Problem

i've seen this error before using live usb, it might be fixed by buring the
thing to a cd/dvd, from what i could tell, the thing would boot up and run
until i started running some commands, and it would give this error, the
chance of this happening was something like 50/50 but after it started it
would happen for all NEW commands that i tried to run, but i rebooted, and
it magically started working, i think taht it had something to do with
accidently bumping/sligghtly moving the usb in the middle of the boot. But
i'm just sure taht it had something to do with the usb connection, i burned
to cd and i worked fine. and the md5sums all checked out for the iso
