downloading videos in ubuntu

Two ways to do it efficiently. Either use youtube-dl as mentioned in the 
other replies or go into the browser cache and retrieve the video. When 
you watch a Youtube video it actually downloads to your browser cache in 
.flv format so all you have to do it go in and copy it (or move it) to 
the desired location.
