 You can try to be a little bit more patient next time. Miguel obviously 
 would have gotten your point without the capitalised words, exclamation 
 mark, and the word in front of that. For you it may have been the umpth 
 time you've seen this phenomenon, but to him it is probably new. Count 
 to ten, look at it from a noob perspective, and then send the message?
