Most probably not - unless you go and get some professional help (for 
which you will pay) to have the encrypted password stored on your 
computer decrypted .

However, I really don't think that you are asking about the password 
itself but actually asking if you can access the file without the 
forgotten password.

This could be possible because you may be able to *copy* that file to 
somewhere - for example to an external HDD or an USB memory card.

The question here is: how have you encrypted this file? Is this file 
simply sitting in an encrypted /home directory, for example, or sitting 
on an HDD where the whole filesystem is encrypted?

Please give clear details about how this file is protected by a password 
- ie, what sort of encrypting method did you use?
