What is the proper bandwidth settings for ubuntu one

I can confirm this behaviour when synching from Kubuntu. An install on
Windows syncs in no time.

Top only shows me "ubuntuone-contr" ... Ubuntu-One shows me a "sync in
progress" for hours now, but nothing seems to happen.
I created a test file from windows and dumped it into the ubuntuone directory. It shows up using the web interface, but doesn't sync on the Kubuntu machine.
