install Realtek device 8176 (rev 01) on Lucid Lynx

Hi,

I'm trying to install the following wireless card

   07:00.0 Network controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. Device 8176 (rev 01)
   Subsystem: Dell Device 8194
   Control: I/O+ Mem+ BusMaster+ SpecCycle- MemWINV- VGASnoop- ParErr- Stepping- SERR-

on a Dell Inspiron Mini with Lucid Lynx and 2.6.32-41 kernel. The card used to work on 2.6.32-x kernels, probably with rtl8192ce driver.

Trying to compile 92ce_se_de_linux_mac80211_0005.1230.2011.tar.gz, RTL819xCU_USB_linux_v3.4.2_3727.20120404.zip and RTL819xSU_usb_linux_v2.6.6.0.20120405.zip fails on the affected machine. (I downloaded the kernel headers.)

What to do next? (Switching to Windows 7 is no option, although the card is working there.)
