Install ubuntu server virtualbox win7 laptop

Hi,

I tried to intall the ubuntu server in my laptop win 7 (processor: amd
e-350 processor 1.60GHz
operating system 64 bits) over virtualbox.

It failed because it is not compatible. Could you tell me which one is
compatible with my machine? if you need more info please let me know.

I installed ubuntu desktop successfully but it really slow. I guess
because of the graphics and all that stuff.

In fact what i need is just command line to be able to use some
servers (Apache, Mysql, ftp, ...)
