Can't duplex print in 12.04

I bought a high end network Savin printer for my office last 
year. Savin provides the drivers and they work flawlessly. 
Also have a Richo copier that can work as a network printer, 
we added it to just print 11 X 17  (Richo is the same 
company as Savin) also works flawlessly. You do have to 
install the printer on every computer but that is true for 
Windows and Linux.
